When General Warren Boutwell (Billy Dee Williams) begins acting strange during his bid for the Presidency, it is up to The Brotherhood to find out what is behind the changes that are threatening his run. To do this job, they bring in Undercover Brother (Eddie Griffin), giving him a complete makeover and taking him from his 70's look to a hip new look where he will fit in and not be noticed. With the help of Sistah Girl (Aunjanue Ellis), they set out to find the culprit behind Boutwell's sudden changes. Is Conspiracy Brother (Dave Chappelle) right and this is all a plot by 'The Man' to get them? The only thing that might stop Undercover Brother from completing this case is 'White She-Devil' (Denise Richards) who has powers that no brother can resist.
