Honey Daniels (Jessica Alba) is a girl who is working in a bar and a shop waiting for her big break as a dancer and a choreographer. While working in the bar she is offered a chance to prove herself professionally as a dancer and later on as a choreographer. At first she does not recognise the chance offered to her by Michael Allis (David Moscow), but eventually she accepts it. In her journey to success she is warmly motivated by a group of youngsters from her neighbourhood. Honey teaches them how to dance in order to keep them on the rails. During the journey Honey makes the choreography for several popular Hip Hop and R&B songs by Missy Elliot, Ginuwine, Jadakiss & Sheek. However, her dream as a dancer and choreographer is not as easy as first seemed to be the case. Will she manage to solve the problems she encounters and become a successful dancer and choreographer?
