This action packed movie based in New York centers around a ruthless drug dealer with big dreams. Nino Brown (Wesley Snipes) is a New York drug dealer with no conscious and is already greatly feared in the streets. His number two man, “Gee Money" (Allen Payne) has a product and an idea that will take them to the top and change the drug game forever. Two cops, Scotty Appleton (Ice T) and Nick Peretti (Judd Nelson) are on to Nino and are looking for a way to get a conviction. As Nino quickly gains more and more power over New York Appleton and Peretti invoke the help of a former crack addict “Pookie” (Chris Rock) to help bring down Nino Brown and his crew.
