Dennis Gamble (Mykelti Williamson) and Patrick Ross (Justin Lazard) are a pair of astronauts who make the first successful manned mission to Mars. Ross gets infected by an alien and slowly begins to mutate. When they get back to Earth all he has on his mind is to have sex with Dr Laura Baker (Natasha Henstridge). The mutant is extremely powerful and can live as a normal human being. However under circumstances he transforms into a mutant with an urge to have sex and hurts and kills others. The mutant has an ugly shape and a long tongue. Eventually the mutant is overpowered and killed.
